Hannah Rice - REALTOR®

My name is Hannah Rice, and I am originally from the Chicago suburbs. I moved to San Antonio in 2019 to enjoy the warmth of the South. I love the city of San Antonio because of the friendly people and great outdoor activities! I worked as a teacher for 3 years, and being an educator has given me great skills to help and educate people in real estate.

I incorporate communication with my clients in the way that works best for them because I know that is a very important part of the process of buying or selling a home. I make my clients feel comfortable about their purchase or sale, and I will help them to fully understand the process of buying or selling their home. Having worked as an educator, I know it is very important to be accommodating, so I go out of my way to work with my clients in their preferred methods. I am thankful and grateful for my God-given gifts that allow me the opportunity to work and meet the needs of others.

In my free time, I love to bake, read, and do yoga. I also enjoy spending time outdoors and with my family and friends.
